The hydraulics on the crush are powered by a 1.5KW (2 HP), 4-pole, power unit. The power unit is submerged in a 50 litre oil tank which is mounted on top of the crush. The three control levers that operate the hydraulic bail doors, "V" squeeze and rear door are mounted on the side of the crush for easy operation.

Access to all areas of the animal is made easy on the Rustler. Located at the front is an opening for vaccinating in the brisket or neck area, and therefore it is not necessary to open and shut gates.

Access to the rest of the beast is possible via drop down gates, both top and bottom
