Cobs of corn are placed in a specially designed P.V.C. cleated belt that holds the cob and takes it past the saw blades. Belt releases cob as it revolves around drive pulley.

CONSISTING OF:

• approximately 2m long P.V.C. cleated belt with tracking system to stop belt misalignment
• belt drive - ½ HP single phase motor and gearbox
• blade drive - 1HP single phase electric motor with two "A" section vee belts
• single phase on/off switch
• adjustable legs on frame
• all bearings greasable
• adjustable saw blade height

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:

• two blades to trim both ends of cob
