CONSISTING OF:

• total coverage of 7m
• a two deck aluminium conveyor attached to a three point linkage frame behind the tractor, takes empty cartons out to the cutters and brings in full cartons
• empty boxes are flat packed and placed on the platform located at the opposite side to the elevator. Standing on the platform cartons are made up and placed on the top of the elevator to be taken out to the cutters
• full cartons coming in are turned 90° onto a second elevator, boxes are then closed and stacked on a trailer towed behind
• four to six empty pallets can be stored on the front of the trailer. Full cartons are stacked on the back pallet and removed by forklift
• variable speed on all belts
