CONSISTING OF:

• total coverage of 7m
• fitted with four 300mm wide flotation tyres
• walking beam axle
• aluminium conveyor fitted with a 400mm wide belt which brings cut lettuce into a central four stand packing area
• empty cartons are made in the centre of the trailer and placed on the gravity roller system on the outside of the trailer, rolling to the packers at the front
• full cartons are placed on two hydraulically powered conveyor belts fitted on either side of the trailer, this takes them to the rear of the trailer to be stacked onto a pallet (pallets removed by forklift)
• two storage racks, one on either side at the back of the trailer, hold a total of six pallets
• variable speed on all belts (hydraulic from tractor remotes)
• roof over central packing station
