  • hydraulic pump immersed in oil and direct coupled to motor

    • BIN TIPPER WITH CREEP FEED ELEVATOR

  • belt 1m wide and 1.5m long
  • variable speed hydraulic motor
  • tipper can be fed by either fork lift or pallet jack
  • 500kg tipping capacity

    • ROTARY PACKING TABLE

  • round 2.4m diameter fibre-glass packing top
  • four packing stations
  • drive - ½HP single phase motor and gearbox (friction driven)
  • turns on heavy duty bearings mounted to a four leg adjustable tripod type stand
  • second table fitted to allow packed box of produce to travel around the table
  • at a point that suits your requirements, a specially designed automatic box remover will eject cartons on to a 3m conveyor
  • this design prevents packing people from walking around with full cartons of produce, which eliminates down time
